Re-use of Public Sector Information Regulations (ROPSI)

The ROPSI Regulations were introduced to support the re-use of information held by us. The regulations deal with how we licence and authorise the re-use of information we own. This includes information released under the Freedom of Information Act or Environmental Information Regulations. All Tandridge District Council departments are required to publish their web content solely on the domain. Exceptions are only permitted at the discretion of the Council's Head of Communications, acting on behalf of the Chief Executive of Tandridge District Council.
