Pay and staffing policies
By law we must have a Pay Policy Statement, but we also publish our:

We have made available our payscales and job descriptions of our management team, as well as details of budgets and number of staff they manage. You can also view our organisational structure charts including salary bands and details of currently vacant posts.
The pay multiple, the ratio between the highest paid salary and the median average salary of the whole of the authority’s workforce, is 5.8:1.
