Public notices

By law the Council has to publish a number of public notices. These cover a wide range of topics, including planning, traffic and licensing. Most of these are printed in the local paper.

The Building (Local Authority Charges) Regulations 2010

Building Control Charges Scheme No.15

In accordance with Regulation 12 of the Building (Local Authority Charges) Regulations 2010, notice is hereby given that this Council intends to adopt by means of its Building Control Charges Scheme No.15 charges in connection with the performance of the building control function.

Scheme No.15 will be operated with effect from 2 April 2012 and can be found within the Building Control area of this website under “Fee information”. A copy of the full scheme is available for inspection at the Council Offices, Station Road East, Oxted between 8.30am and 5pm Monday to Thursday and 4.30pm Friday.
