The continuing marketing strategy for our Planning Interactive service involving Planning online and the Planning Portal is shown below

The original strategy has been achieved through successful promotion which has involved all potential key users. The Planning Interactive site is the most popular destination for users on the Council's web. It was upgraded in 2007 and is due to be upgraded again during the Summer of 2008. The situation will continue to be monitored as the demands on the system develop over time.
