Do I need planning permission?

It is not possible for the Council to tell you whether you need planning permission via the internet as the regulations are complex and often require a site visit to be made.

For general guidance, please choose from the following two options:

Option 1: planning permission on a dwelling

Option 2: planning permission on land or buildings that are not part of a dwelling
