Instructions:

On the calendar, select the month for the meeting you want by clicking on the arrows (single arrows change by month and double arrows change by year).
If the agenda for the Planning Committee is available, it will be listed underneath the calendar in the column titled 'Agenda'.
Click on the relevant link to the agenda to download the paperwork.
