Information on how to submit a planning application

We recommend you submit your planning application online through the planning portal website. Alternatively you can fill in the appropriate planning application forms and send them to the Director of Planning at the Council offices, together with plans of your development and the appropriate fee.

All applications must be submitted with a minimum level of information. You must carefully review the Local Validation Requirements, which can be found by following option 4 below.
