Council land

You can contact the Council on the number, or e-mail below to find out about any land it owns. If the Council has any land for sale or rent it will be publicised on this website or in the local media.

For land owned by Surrey County Council, please contact Property Information on 03456 009 009, e-mail Surrey County Council Contact Centre.

To find out about any land the Council does not own, you need to contact Land Registry on 0191 301 2345, or www.landregisteronline.gov.uk (This link will open in a new window) to check if the land is registered. If it is and you need information about the title, you will have to complete an application form and pay a minimal fee.

Unfortunately, if the land is not registered there is no other way to find out who owns it.
