Making a building regulations application

Before you begin work you will need to submit a building regulations application form and the appropriate fee to us together with any relevant plans and calculations. In the case of a Building Notice application we will need this at least 48 hours before you start the work however a Full Plans application will need to be submitted earlier than this to enable us to complete the plan checking of your project before your builder starts on site.

You can choose to either:

Print off the appropriate form below under "Forms and fee schedule to download" and complete and post it to us , or
Go to one of the links below under "E-application forms" to complete the appropriate online application form. You will also be able to attach any plans or calculations as well as choose to pay your submission fee online if you wish.

You will be given the option to attach any plans and calculations as well as pay your submission fee if you wish. (You will also be able to print off a copy of your completed application form for your own records.)
