Volunteering at the Douglas Brunton Centre

Volunteering Opportunities at the Douglas Brunton Centre

We’re always looking for volunteers with a wide range of skills to give some of their time at the Centre.

This could be tidying up the garden, serving lunches, computer training, running arts & crafts activities or helping to run a book club. You may have other skills and ideas we haven’t thought of which would be of interest to DBC members.

We are also looking for volunteers to lead and supervise handicraft and woodworking activities in a specially built and equipped ‘shed’. The aim of this Men in Sheds project is to provide a focus for primarily, although not exclusively, older men who may feel excluded from some of the more ‘traditional’ activities at the centre.

If you would like to know more please see attached Volunteers Brochure  or email sbanks@tandridge.gov.uk and dbc@tandridge.gov.uk
