Surrey Information Point

Surrey Information Point is a new online directory of information, services and activities to support adults in Surrey to live independently. The website brings together accurate, up to date and easy to find information on community services, facilities and health conditions.

Surrey Information Point is for all adults in Surrey, particularly people who experience barriers to living independently, their carers and families.

It will also provide an information resource for health and social care professionals and community organisations to offer information and advice.

The project is a partnership between Surrey County Council, NHS Surrey and Social Information on Disability, but was developed with representatives from user and carer organisations, providers, voluntary sector organisations and district and borough councils.
