Affordable Housing Developments

The Council's Housing Enabling team works with housing associations, developers, landowners, local communities and the Homes and Communities Agency to secure sites and funding for new affordable housing. Affordable housing includes rented and shared ownership homes including supported housing for more vulnerable members of the community.

This page lists the new affordable homes that are currently being built in Tandridge.

To apply for rented homes, you will need to join our housing register.

From time to time, existing shared ownership properties become available for purchase on a part buy, part rent basis because the existing shared owner wishes to sell. These are called re-sales.
