Affordable housing developments

The Housing Enabling team works with housing associations, developers, landowners, local communities and the Homes and Communities Agency to secure sites and funding for new affordable housing. Affordable housing includes rented and shared ownership homes built by both housing associations and the council. This also includes supported housing for more vulnerable members of the community.

The affordable homes currently being built in the district are listed below.

  • To apply for rented homes, you will need to join our housing register.
  • To find out how to apply for shared ownership homes please visit our Help to Buy page.
