Council housing stock list

We own just over 2,600 homes for rent across the district. Most are for general needs, with around 700 for sheltered housing, mainly for older persons in need of support.

What type of property is available and where is it?

To find out which properties are currently available for rent, please visit Tandridge Homechoice.

We want applicants to make informed choices about the areas they apply to live in and the type of accommodation they apply for. We have produced a list of council homes broken down by area and size.

This list shows all the homes owned by us. This does not give you any information on the availability of these homes for letting.

Qualifying for housing

To qualify for council housing, you must apply to the housing register.

We also have access to properties available to rent which are owned by housing associations.

Applying for housing

Once you are accepted on the housing register, you are eligible to apply for available properties advertised on Tandridge Homechoice.
