To be used when reporting a fault or requesting a repair to your council property Do not use this form if you require an emergency repair If your repair is an emergency please phone us immediately on: • 01883 732808 or 732820 during office hours; • 01883 722000 at other times. If you have a gas leak, please report it immediately to "National Grid" on 0800 111 999
