Repairs and improvements


Requesting a repair to your Council home - this section tells you how to report a fault and request a repair to your council home. It also contains details of the repairs service for tenants, and the standards we aim to achieve.

Planned maintenance and improvements - this section explains the work that the Council undertakes to keep your home in good repair and to improve fixtures, fittings and services.

Adaptations for disabled tenants - The section provides information on the availability of grants for adapting your council home if a member of your household is disabled.
