Former tenant arrears

Former Tenant Arrears are accounts in which the full rent was not paid while the tenant was living in the property.

If you have left a Tandridge District Council property and believe that:

• You may have arrears owing on your account, we will be happy to arrange a suitable agreement in order to clear the arrears.
• There was a credit on your account, we can arrange for the credit to be refunded.
