Advice on how we:

• Can help repair, improve or adapt homes in the private sector, or make them more energy efficient.
• Enforce private sector housing conditions and provide advice for landlords.
• Assist people with special needs, in particular older people e.g. Meals on Wheels, Community Alarm Service, Day Centres and Sheltered Housing.
• Work with housing associations to provide new affordable homes.
