Benefit Application Form

Please download the form onto your computer and print it. If you have two sided or duplex printing please use this to print the form as it is 32 pages long printed in landscape format. Complete, sign and date it and return to the address shown.

This form is not an e-form and cannot automatically be submitted to Tandridge. You could attach it to an email, but we still must have all the original evidence to support the claim before it can be put in for payment. It may be better to print it off and submit all of the evidence together.

If you or your partner are claiming Income Support, Job Seekers Allowance (Income Based), Employment Support Allowance (Income related) you should apply for Housing Benefit and/or Council Tax Benefit.

If you are in receipt of other benefits or are working with a low wage, you could still qualify for Housing Benefit and/or Council Tax Benefit. This will be based on your income and your personal or family circumstances. As benefit is "means tested" you can qualify for the maximum of your weekly Council Tax or rent down to fifty pence per week (no lower limit for Council Tax).
